Tika Buchanan
Co-founder

Fluent across all media — print, digital, video, packaging and environments — Tika has always strived to align her personal interests and career. As Creative Director and Co-Founder of Arkadia & Co, Tika seeks to create a memorable body of work for a unique set of clients and creative partners.

Tika studied design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, where she received a BFA in Graphics/Packaging.

Prior to co-founding Arkadia & Co., she worked as a Creative Director in the retail division at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and as a Creative Consultant at John Legend’s Homeschool Records.

Hans Neubert
Co-founder

Hans is a Principal at Gensler where he leads the Digital Experience Design team. At Arkadia & Co., he acts as a Strategic Advisor.

Prior to Gensler, Hans was the Chief Creative Officer at Huge Inc and at frog design. He also held senior positions at Razorfish, VSA Partners and Red Sky Interactive. Hans is a frequent guest lecturer and has been featured in Fast Company, The New York Times, and Mashable.

He graduated from Art Center College of Design, with a BFA in Graphic Design. While at Art Center, he met Tika, where they didn’t date and their relationship was purely professional.
